Non-Judgmental Perception
During the EPT programmes the participant will learn the techniques and necessity for non-judgmental perception of possibilities versus judging so called success and failure. They learn the courage to publicly make friends with ambiguity (not always having the answer, not knowing). They will access the ability to remain curious and interactive with their colleagues in a pressurised work environment which is demanding continual decision-making and success. And then when necessary, make clear decisions connected to the idea ‘This is my best thinking at this moment in time’. These skills help the leader to keep a clear kinetic perspective and when necessary update decisions. Creating this interactive atmosphere of best thinking together with positive proactive feedback will in turn, inspire colleagues to use and develop their individual talents and performance.
